Duncan earned his law degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1988 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1990. Nikita (Niki) is currently a law clerk at Duncan Boardman’s office. She earned her law degree with First Class Honours from the University of Essex in 2024. She is an NCA candidate presently pursuing a Master of Laws degree at the University of Toronto.
